Description
Gegenstand des Auftrags ist eine Rahmenvereinbarung in Form eines Miet- und Fullservicevertrages (inklusive Verbrauchsmaterialien, ausgenommen Papier und Heftklammern) für die Überlassung von Multifunktionsgeräten (Farblasergeräte mindestens mit Kopier-, Druck- und Scanfunktion).

- Price — monatliche Rate für alle Geräte
- Quality — Projektplan inkl. relevanter Meilensteine und einer Zeitschiene, die das Vorgehen nach Zuschlagserteilung bis zur Fertigstellung aufzeigt (siehe Bewertungsmatrix)
- Quality — Personalkonzept inkl. Darlegung der Qualifikation des mit der Auftragsausführung betrauten Personals (siehe Bewertungsmatrix)
- Quality — Angabe zur Bearbeitungszeit (Support- und Wartungskonzept) Bewertet werden die zeitliche Reaktion und Umsetzung des Supports und Wartung der Dienstleistung (SLA) (siehe Bewertungsmatrix)
