Description
Auftragsgegenstand ist ein Rahmenvertrag zur Fertigung und Lieferung von maximal 22.000 Archivkartonagen und max. 72.000 Jurismappen im Zeitraum von 4 Jahren. Vorgesehen ist, dass die Leistung nach Bedarf auf Abruf zu leisten ist. Pro Jahr umfasst die zu liefernde Menge maximal 5.500 Archivkartonagen sowie 18.000 Jurismappen. Die AG verpflichtet sich zur Abnahme von mindestens 1/3 der Maximalmenge.
