Leistungsgegenstand ist die Bereitstellung von Fahrrädern im Wege des Leasings gemäß TV-Fahrradleasing und Art. 3 Abs. 3 Sätze 2 und 3 BayBesG zum Zwecke der Überlassung an die berechtigten Mitarbeitenden des Auftraggebers zur dienstlichen und privaten Nutzung einschließlich Versicherungs-, Beratungs- und Serviceleistungen (insbesondere Abwicklung der Bestell-, Rückgabe- und Schadenabwicklungsprozesse, Wartung und Reparatur, Störfallmanagement und Bereitstellung eines Online-Portals).
