Description

Das Land Rheinland-Pfalz, vertreten durch die Zentrale Beschaffungsstelle des Landes Rheinland-Pfalz im Landesbetrieb Mobilität Rheinland-Pfalz, plant mit diesem Vergabeverfahren die Beschaffung von Tank- / Servicekarten. Das Vergabeverfahren wird landesweit im Wege eines Offenen Verfahrens gemäß §§ 15, 14 VgV, § 119 GWB durchgeführt. Ziel ist der Abschluss eines Vertrages (Rahmenvereinbarung) mit einem Wirtschaftsteilnehmer (dem späteren Auftragnehmer) zur Bereitstellung und Nutzung von Tank- / Servicekarten für die Bedarfsträger im Land Rheinland-Pfalz.
