- Quality — Feines Pulver löst sich oft besser. Grobkörniges Pulver kann sich absetzen oder löst sich nicht vollständig. Gewünscht ist eine Auflösung ohne Rückstände und Klümpchen.
- Quality — "Saurer" oder "verbrannter" Geruch kann auf Verunreinigungen hindeuten und ein Qualitätsmangel sein.
- Quality — Übermäßige Schaumbildung kann den Nachweis stören und muss ggf. durch Schaumregulierer kompensiert werden.
- Quality — Die Verordnung (EU) 2015/1375 räumt einen Verdauungszeitraum von 30 bis 60 Minuten ein.
