Description
Die Regierung der Oberpfalz ist in Bayern zuständig für die Überwachung der Fahrlehrer, der Fahrschulen und deren Zweigstellen gem. § 51 FahrlG sowie die Überwachung der Durchführung der verkehrspsychologischen Teilmaßnahme des Fahreignungsseminars im Sinne von § 4a Abs. 8 StVG. Sie kann sich hierbei jeweils geeigneter Personen und Stellen bedienen. Gegenstand der Rahmenvereinbarung ist daher die grundsätzliche Auswahl und Verpflichtung der Überwachungsperson für die Dauer des Rahmenvereinbarung.
