Predmet nabave su radovi na rekonstrukciji i izgradnji dijela Ulice J. Draškovića i Puta D. Trstenjaka. Također, ovim projektom predviđena je izgradnja dva autobusna stajališta, parkiralište na Gažanskom trgu s 29 parkirališnih mjesta te semaforizacija četiri raskrižja: Put Davorina Trstenjaka – Ruski put – Ulica Frana Kurelca, projektirana prometnica – Školska ulica, projektirana prometnica – Ulica II, Ulica Janka Draškovića – Vatrogasna cesta – Gažanski trg. Cilj izgradnje obilaznice je razvoj prometne infrastrukture i usluga te očuvanje i revitalizacija zaštićene povijesne jezgre grada Karlovca.
