Description
INVITATION TO MARKET DIALOGUE With this RFI Yle invites interested suppliers to participate in the market dialogue held prior publishing the call for tenders (RFP). With this RFI Yle gathers insights and proposals for solutions that will help us achieve a system (or systems), which meets all Yle's requirements as well as both the current and future production needs. The system and all of its components should create an environment, which workflows are easy for users, and which communicates flawlessly with other systems that Yle has. Yle is looking for either a) a single vendor system with all the features or; b) a modular solution from different vendors. The description and object of the RFI, as well as the schedule of the procurement process, are preliminary and Yle will specify the needs and objectives of the procurement in the final RFP. It may also be that no invitation to tender is published in case Yle decides not to proceed with the renewal. At this point Yle is looking to identify the solutions available in the market that could meet Yle’s needs.
