TVT Asunnot Oy, Raastuvankatu 3 A ja B, 20750 Turku, kuuluu kaksi 1970-luvulla valmistunutta betonirakenteista 9 ( 8 asuinkerrosta + 1maantasokerros/kellari) kerroksista asuinkerrostaloa. Rakennuksiin tehdään laaja perusparannus tarjouspyyntöasiakirjojen mukaisesti.Kohteessa tällä hetkellä vuokra-asuntoja yhteensä 72 kappaletta, perusparannuksen asuntomuutoksien jälkeen yhteensä 118 asuntoa.Lisäksi kolmannessa rakennuksessa, Talo C:ssä (urakkarajan ulkopuolella), muutetaan asuntojen numerointia Talo A & B asunto muutosten johdosta, sekä saneerataan väetönsuoja erillisen suunnitelman mukaisesti.
