Description
De opdracht beoogt de sluiting van raamovereenkomsten in de zin van artikel 2,35° van de Wet Overheidsopdrachten. Het betreft een raamovereenkomst met één ondernemer per perceel, overeenkomstig artikel 43, §4 Wet Overheidsopdrachten. Het bestek zal voor de percelen 1 tot en met 6 de vermoedelijke hoeveelheden specifiëren die bij aanvang van de opdracht zal worden geplaatst binnen elk van deze 6 percelen.
