Description
Het voorwerp van de raamovereenkomsten bestaat uit het verlenen van ondersteuning door fiscale en boekhoudkundige experten en consultants. De fiscale, boekhoudkundige en bedrijfseconomische dienstverlening die op deze raamovereenkomsten zal worden besteld kan van allerhande aard zijn (schriftelijke advisering, mondelinge advisering, bijwonen van vergaderingen, screening van documenten, uitvoering van boekhoudkundige taken, …). Deze dienstverlening kan betrekking hebben op allerhande onderwerpen binnen de fiscale en boekhoudkundige materie. De dienstverlening kan zich voordoen op operationeel, tactisch en strategisch niveau, al naargelang het perceel. De vragen kunnen bovendien getuigen van een uitermate complexe, principiële, belangrijke of delicate aard en een multidisciplinaire aanpak vereisen.
