Description
Ten behoeve van de MIRT-verkenning dienen een groot en divers aantal studies en onderzoeken te worden uitgevoerd om te kunnen komen tot een bestuurlijk vastgestelde voorkeursbeslissing. Daarnaast omvat de opdracht het organiseren van (publieke) participatietrajecten, het betrekken van de omgeving tijdens het proces en communicatie. Voor een groot deel van de hiervoor beschreven werkzaamheden wenst de projectorganisatie een beroep te doen op de kennis, kunde en capaciteit van de markt. Zie de beschrijving per perceel
