AG Digipolis Antwerpen, de stad Antwerpen en alle zusters en dochters kan men zien als een geconnecteerd en innovatief “bedrijf”. De Telecom infrastructuur is een onderdeel van een totaalconcept dat zich uitstrekt over nieuwe (draadloze) netwerktechnologieën, online community’s, cloud computing en een adaptieve, schaalbare architectuur. Met deze opdracht wenst de aanbestedende overheid een partner te selecteren voor zijn telecominfrastructuur. Onder telecom vallen alle netwerk infrastructuur zoals LAN netwerk, MAN netwerk, Wifi netwerk en Point to Point straalverbindingen. Duurtijd van de opdracht: 4 (+ 2 + 2) jaar.
