Onderhavige opdracht is een raamovereenkomst voor diensten en heeft als voorwerp het onderhouden en uitvoeren van herstellingswerken aan de installatie(s) voor verwarmen en koelen, ventilatie en sanitair warm water, verder kortweg HVAC-installaties. In deze opdracht is bijkomend het nazicht van ketels m.b.t. de omschakeling van arm naar rijk gas en de uitvoering van verwarmingsaudits voorzien.
