Description
Deze opdracht betreft een raamovereenkomst voor de dienstverlening inzake legionellabestrijding. Dit omvat zowel het uitvoeren van geplande als urgente staalnames, het opstellen en/of updaten van beheersplannen en daaraan gekoppelde beheersmaatregelen, het voorzien van opleidingen en expertise, etc. Deze opdracht is een opdracht voor diensten in de zin art. 2, 21° van de wet van 17 juni 2016 inzake overheidsopdrachten. De opdracht neemt de vorm aan van een raamovereenkomst in de zin van art. 2, 35° van de wet van 17 juni 2016 inzake overheidsopdrachten – zie punt 1.2 voor meer informatie. De aanbestedende overheid treedt op als aankoopcentrale in de zin van art. 2, 6° van de wet van 17 juni 2016 inzake overheidsopdrachten, en dit ten aanzien van de entiteiten vermeld in 1.2.1 (de ‘bestellers’).
