Description
Raamovereenkomst voor de aankoop van stents, ballonnen en andere materialen voor cathlab. De levering van de materialen is gedurende een periode van maximaal vier (4) jaren. De levering zal gebeuren gedurende de looptijd hieronder opgegeven en is telkens stilzwijgend verlengbaar met een periode van 12 maanden, zonder de vier jaren te overschrijden, tenzij drie maanden voorafgaand aan de verlenging, de stopzetting schriftelijk wordt bevestigd door de aanbestedende overheid.
