Kandidaatstelling in het kader van de selectieprocedure met als doel het sluiten van een raamovereenkomst inzake diensten en aanvullende leveringen voor verdere softwarematige ontwikkeling, onderhoud, ondersteuning en implementatie van een multifunctioneel ‘Digitaal Open Science Platform’. (Verder DOSP) De kandidaat dient zich in deze 1e fase kenbaar te maken volgens de regels opgenomen in bijgevoegde leidraad en de nodig bewijsstukken toe te voegen. Na de selectieprocedure zal de kandidaat-inschrijver het volledige bestek ontvangen.
