Description
Fontys is voornemens om outplacement- en loopbaantrajecten in te kopen in het kader van een een reorganisatie (HARP) en t.b.v. de reguliere dienstverlening aan haar zittende medewerkers. Hierbij wil Fontys werken met een flexibele pool van professionele en ervaren dienstverleners, veelal zelfstandig opererende coaches (ZZP'ers) of bureaus die met ZZP'ers werken. Hierbij is gekozen voor een zogenaamde "open house" constructie waarbij geselecteerde partijen gedurende de looptijd van de overeenkomst kunnen toetreden tot de pool danwel uittreden. 200 tot 300 trajecten over een periode van 4 jaar
