Description
De overeenkomst bestaat uit de levering van licenties, inclusief het beschikbaar stellen van een webportal en het uitvoeren van aanverwante dienstverlening. Het betreft een breed pakket aan standaard systeemsoftwarelicenties en kantoorapplicatielicenties (verder in dit document gezamenlijk systeemlicenties genoemd) van verschillende fabrikanten en voor verschillende toepassingen, zoals, maar niet beperkt tot: Microsoft licenties Servers Netwerken Werkplekken Kantoorautomatisering (b.v. Adobe, Teamviewer, LastPass) Procesmanagement Security Rapportages Databases Wat betreft de reikwijdte (‘’scope’’) van software, die kwalificeert als ‘’standaard‘’ software, wordt aansluiting gezocht bij kenmerken van standaard software. Deze bestaat uit de volgende kenmerken: Commercial Of The Shelf Software (COTSS); géén maatwerksoftware; géén zware en langdurige implementatie of opleiding nodig;[1] géén vakapplicaties[2] [1] Criterium: eenmalige kosten mogen verhoudingsgewijs niet hoger liggen dan de aanschaf van de systeemlicenties. [2] Te denken valt hierbij aan (niet limitatief): belasting, burgerzaken, BAG, etc.
