Description
Het voorwerp van de opdracht is een kandidaatstelling voor een meerjarige ( 4 jaar) open raamovereenkomst met meerdere opdrachtnemers ( max 3) voor de levering van PO2 en PH probes ( 7 percelen) aan de Pilot Plant. Alle kandidaten die voldoen aan de uitsluitings- en selectiecriteria worden per perceel geselecteerd. Het is een raamovereenkomst volgens cascadesysteem ( met maximum 3 firma’s/ perceel indien de mededinging het toelaat) voor bestellingen op afroep tegen prijslijst.
