Description
De provincie heeft als doel met deze aanbesteding één leasemaatschappij te selecteren en te contracteren, zodat voorzien kan worden in de behoefte van voertuigen. De voertuigen worden op basis van een Full Operational Leaseconstructie afgenomen. Onder Full Operational Lease wordt verstaan een leasevorm waarbij de auto juridisch en economisch in eigendom is van de opdrachtnemer en het gebruiksrecht bij de opdrachtgever ligt. Het maximumbedrag van de diensten waarop deze raamovereenkomst (initiële looptijd (3) + verlengingsoptie (1)) betrekking heeft, bedraagt € 8.000.000 exclusief BTW. Dit bedrag betreft de totale leasekosten, exclusief brandstof.
