- Quality — Plan van Aanpak waarbij de Inschrijver kan aantonen dat de kwaliteit van de dienstverlening is afgestemd op de eisen van de Opdrachtgevers.
- Quality — Beschrijving hoe de Inschrijver Social Return on Investment toe gaat passen op de opdracht met minimaal 5%.
- Quality — Beschrijving hoe de Opdrachtnemer duurzaamheid gaat toepassen.
- Price — Inschrijver dient per productgroep een opslagpercentage (geen cijfers achter de komma) in te vullen. Tevens geeft Inschrijver de inkoopprijs per stuk aan.
