In samenwerkingsverband met waterschap Brabantse Delta, Hoogheemraadschap van Delfland, Hoogheemraadschap van Schieland en Krimpenerwaard en (penvoerder) waterschap Hollandse Delta wordt deze aanbesteding gehouden met als doel een raamovereenkomst (per waterschap) af te sluiten voor het verrichten van met name de volgende dienstverlening: het verrichten van integrale technische adviesdiensten.
