Description

De provincie Noord-Holland wenst door middel van deze Europese openbare aanbesteding te komen tot maximaal 4 raamovereenkomsten voor de inhuur van professionals op de vakgebieden Financiën en Verbijzonderde Interne Controle (VIC). De opdrachtscope is gericht op bureaus die dienstverlening bieden voor de plaatsing van externe capaciteit van professionals in de schalen 10 tot en met 13. Denk hierbij aan financieel adviseur, financial controller, treasurer, fiscalist en VIC adviseur of -coördinator. Nadere beschrijving is gegeven in de bijgevoegde aanbestedingsstukken. De af te sluiten raamovereenkomsten hebben elk een initiële looptijd van 2 jaar (april 2025 – april 2027). Daarna is optioneel verlenging mogelijk 2x 1 jaar. De inhuurbehoefte voor deze opdracht is afgebakend op een set van 6 functieprofielen professionals vanaf schaal 10 zoals is bijgesloten bij de inschrjvingsleidraad. GEEN UITZENDKRACHTEN NOCH PAYROLLING (BUITEN SCOPE).
