Description
De Provincie is voornemens om met één partij een raamovereenkomst te sluiten voor het leveren van expertise en werkzaamheden ter ondersteuning van de aanbestedingen van openbaar-vervoerconcessies (hierna: concessies) en in het verlengde van de aanbestedingen ook het wijzigen van bestaande concessies. De opdracht krijgt de vorm van een raamovereenkomst. De overeenkomst heeft een looptijd van twee (2) jaar en acht (8) maanden, en gaat in op 1 januari 2026. De Provincie heeft de mogelijkheid om de opdracht onder gelijkblijvende voorwaarden twee (2) maal voor de duur van één (1) jaar te verlengen.
