Description
Catering (locatie, catering-aanbod, service) voor alle VUB -faculteiten en instituten na de VUB diploma-uitreikingen op Grote Markt (betreft: reeks van recepties). Opdracht voor een periode van vier jaar. Voor optionele evenementen in het werkjaar zijn er extra lijnen ter offerte opgenomen in de inventaris. U geeft dus hiervoor ook forfaitair uw prijs, in lijn met de offerte voor de evenementen bij de Diploma-uitreikingen Deze laatste gebeuren echter op het gegeven vaste moment in het jaar en vormen de basis van deze opdracht
