Description
Gassco AS is als operator verantwoordellijk voor een veilig en efficiënt gastransport vanaf het Noorse continentale plat. Het Noors gas transportsysteem omvat meer dan 20 pijpleidingen en 60 aansluitingen op gastoevoer installaties waarvan de totale afstand van geïntegreerde leidingen meer dan 7800 km bedraagt. De 'Zeepipe Terminal' gelegen in Zeebrugge, staat in voor de drukvermindering van het gas dat in België toekomt vanuit het Sleipner platform, gelegen in de Noordzee. Zodra de druk verminderd is wordt het gas doorgestuurd naar Fluxys. Vervolgens staat Fluxys in voor de verdere distributie in België. Deze raamovereenkomst heeft als doel het vastleggen van de voorwaarden en modaliteiten voor het verlenen van bewakingsdiensten, zowel statisch als mobiel. Statische bewaking: permanente of tijdelijke fysieke aanwezigheid van bewakingspersoneel op een vaste locatie, zoals toegangscontrole, receptiediensten, bewaking van perimeters en interventie bij incidenten.
