Gemeente Waadhoeke staat regelmatig aan de lat voor de ontwikkelingen in de fysieke leefomgeving en/of heeft behoefte aan advisering over vraagstukken die betrekking hebben op de fysieke leefomgeving onder het regime van de Omgevingswet. Het in eigen beheer opstellen van plannen en adviezen en het uitvoeren van onderzoeken is qua capaciteit niet haalbaar. Daarom wordt daarvoor ondersteuning en advisering ingehuurd bij (stedenbouwkundige) bureaus. € 600.000
