Description
Toelichting: De opdracht van dit dossier behelst de aankoop van reagentia voor een gebruiksvriendelijke, selectieve en specifieke aanrijking van gedefinieerde doelwit (target) regio’s in het humane genoom met als doel ‘next-generation sequencing (NGS)’ voor variant analyse in vaste en myeloïde tumoren op een Illumina NGS toestel (MiSeq, NextSeq550 en/of NovaSeqX plus). Het startmateriaal betreft een beperkte hoeveelheid DNA en RNA geëxtraheerd uit formalin-fixed paraffine-embedded (FFPE) tumorweefsel, DNA en RNA geïsoleerd uit bloed of beenmerg, en celvrij DNA (cfDNA) geëxtraheerd uit een liquid biopt (bv. plasma).
