Description
Opmaak milieu-impactstudies in het kader van projecten. Deze studies omvatten nota's die deel uitmaken van omgevingsvergunningsaanvragen voor de aanleg en/of exploitatie van afvalwaterinfrastructuur (o.a. riolering, collectoren, pompstations, bekkens, RWZI’s) en blauwgroene netwerken (open bekkens, waterlopen, wadi en broekbos). De studies betreffen impactbesprekingen die volgen uit o.a. het MER-decreet, Natuurdecreet, Stikstofdecreet en Wezer Arrest: project-m.e.r.-screening, passende beoordeling, verscherpte natuurtoets, programmatorische aanpak stikstof, IMPACT-berekening en Wezertoets (niet limitatieve opsomming).
