Description

The Norwegian Defence Estates Agency has a high focus on good flow in the projects. The aim is that the projects shall contribute to increased defence ability through better deliveries, higher quality and more efficient execution. We use philosophy, methodology and tools from Lean Construction, Virtual Design and Construction (VDC) and Systematic completion to achieve this. We call this "Flyt in the projects" in The Norwegian Defence Estates Agency.In this connection, The Norwegian Defence Estates Agency would like to establish a framework agreement that can be used for, respectively; Consultancy/support for relevant construction projects. Consultancy/support for employees, hired and tenderers who work with Lean Construction and VDC Training/courses for employees in The Norwegian Defence Estates Agency and associated tenderers in relevant projects. Consultancy services and courses related to improvement work in the organisation Framework agreement ́s estimated value is NOK 8,600,000 excluding VAT. The maximum value over five years is estimated to NOK 10,000,000 excluding VAT.
