Description
Deze opdracht betreft het afsluiten van een raamovereenkomst voor het uitvoeren van onderhoud, controles en validatieprocedures van de continue emissiemeting van de verbrandingsinstallatie in gebouw 137X (Cilva), conform de VLAREM II regelgeving. De inschrijver dient de prijs op te geven voor: • Onderhoud: o Halfjaarlijks onderhoud van de installatie inclusief de vervanging van onderdelen o Uurtarief voor ad hoc prestaties die mogelijks uit de controles kunnen volgen. • Controle en validatie: o een 3-jaarlijkse QAL2 (1 stuk) o een jaarlijkse AST-controle (3 stuks) wanneer geen QAL2 is voorzien Onderhoud enerzijds en controle en validatie anderzijds dienen te worden uitgevoerd door afzonderlijke entiteiten die in onderaannemingsverband garant staan voor het geheel van de dienstverlening. In de offerte dient duidelijk te worden aangegeven wie als hoofdaannemer en onderaannemer optreedt. De controles en validatieprocedures dienen uitgevoerd te worden door een erkend laboratorium in de discipline lucht.
