Description
De opdracht heeft als doel het afsluiten van een raamovereenkomst met meerdere opdrachtnemers voor de ondersteuning bij, het controleren van of het effectief opstellen van CE-certificatie bij de samenbouw van machines (of een combinatie van machines) conform de machinerichtlijn 2006/42/EG (en diens opvolger). Bij het samenbouwen van machines of deelinstallaties of bij het vernieuwen van onderdelen van installaties dient men te werk te gaan conform de machinerichtlijn 2006/42/EG en conform de geharmoniseerde normen die bij deze richtlijn horen. De opdracht houdt minimaal volgende activiteiten in: 1. Uitvoeren van een risicobeoordeling volgens EN ISO 12100 2. Risico's reduceren volgens EN ISO 12100 deel 1 en 2 3. Beoordelen of de oorspronkelijke veiligheidsmaatregelen van de machines die deel uitmaken van de installatie voldoen 4. Indelen van de installatie in taakzones 5. Risico's reduceren in overleg met de gebruiker en de leverancier(s) van de machines 6. Beoordelen van alle technische aspecten 7. Ontwikkelen van nieuwe gebruikersinformatie voor de installatie 8.
