Description
Bypakke Nedre Glomma intends to enter into a contract with Ungt Entreprenørskap for a research and development project aimed at developing new methods to influence young people’s travel habits, shifting them from car use to public transport. The project includes 20–25 innovation camps per year across lower secondary schools and upper secondary schools, data collection and analysis, as well as the development of measures with national transferability. The purpose is to contribute to Vision Zero, zero growth in private car traffic, and sustainable mobility. The contract is considered to meet the conditions for the R&D exemption under the Public Procurement Regulations (FOA) Section 2-5. Suppliers wishing to lodge a complaint against the intention notice must do so within ten days, calculated from the day after the date of this notice. No contract has been entered into at present, and no contract will be entered into earlier than ten days calculated from the day after the date of this notice.
