Description
The Norwegian Defence Estates Agency needs a framework agreement for scanning and certification of buried pipes on fuel installations. Inline Inspection of pipeline in accordance with API 1063. The pipe shall be spiked with cleaning spikes before scanning. The framework agreement will also include visual inspections. As well as inspections with ultrasound, and long range ultrasound of pipelines that have not been buried, but which are in immediate connection to the POL installation. Total maximum 10 years. The contract can be unilaterally terminated by the contracting authority from the year 2.R01672 it is estimated to have a total sum of between NOK 14 and 45 million including VAT. the contract period is 7 years. Security Due to progress in the procurement/contract Norway, tenderers must be Norwegian companies or companies from countries that have a valid security agreement with Norway.
