The aim of the procurement is to establish a framework agreement on surgical lights and examination lamps with the accompanying equipment specific consumables for the health companies in Helse Midt-Norway, Helse Sør-Øst and Helse Nord.

- Quality — Sub-contract 1 50%quality and 50%cost. Sub-contract 2: 40%quality and 60%cost. Sub-contract 3: 50%quality and 50%cost.
