Description
The Norwegian Defence Estates Agency invites tenderers to submit a tender in a negotiated procedure (two stage procedure), which applies to R01683 - Security material for the egenproduksjon_V2. Qualification has been announced before, cf. Doffin ID 2024-117388. The qualification is cancelled as it did not give enough qualified for a real competition, cf. the Regulations on Defence and Security Procurements (FOSA) § 8-6, 4th section and § 13-1, 1st paragraph. No significant changes have been made to the qualification documentation V2. Some minor adjustments have been made to clarify. These are marked in yellow. In addition ESPD is now included as a part of the filling in Mercell.
