Description
Der mit dem Systemhaus des Leopard 2, KMW, geschlossene Vertrag Q/K2BB/GA039/FA027 enthält die Lieferung von Sonderwerkzeugsätzen für den Turm des Leopard 2 sowie Justierausstattung. Vakant und Gegenstand des vorliegenden Verfahrens ist eine Vertragserweiterung um zusätzliche Behälter sowie weitere Sonderwerkzeuge zur Aufnahme in die bereits gelieferten Sonderwerkzeugsätze. Da es sich um eine wesentliche Änderung i.S.v. § 132 GWB handelt, ist eine erneute Vergabeartentscheidung erforderlich.
