Suunnittelukohde on Oulun ev.-lut. seurakuntayhtymän Pyhän Tuomaan kirkko. Pyhän Tuomaan kirkko sijaitsee osoitteessa Mielikintie 3, 90550 Oulu. Kirkko on valmistunut vuonna 1975. Rakennuksen on suunnitellut arkkitehti, akateemikko Juha Leiviskä. Työ pitää sisällään kohteen rakenne- ja pohjasuunnittelun töineen ja tarvikkeineen tarjouspyyntöasiakirjojen mukaisesti.
