Description
Hankinnan kohteena on puupelletin toimitus Puolustuskiinteistöjen Länsi-Suomen palvelualueen Niinisalon paikallisyksikön kohteisiin. Toimituskohteet sijaitsevat Niinisalon varuskunnan alueella muutaman km:n päässä toisistaan, kolme (3) pudotusta yhteensä. Puupelletti toimitetaan kohteisiin täysinä kuormina autosta suoraan siiloon puhallettuna. Arvioidut hankintamäärät karkean arvion mukaan 450 tonnia / vuosi, arviolta noin 10 täysperävaunukuormaa / vuosi. Puupelletin on täytettävä seuraavat laatuvaatimukset: - Pellettien kokoluokan tulee olla D08. - Hienoaines F tulee olla 1,0 p- % saapumistilassa. - Tuhka A tulee olla 0,7 p- % kuiva-aineesta. - Kosteus M tulee olla 10 p- % saapumistilassa, märkäpainosta. - Tehollinen lämpöarvo, Q tulee olla 16,5 MJ/kg saapumistilassa. Sopimus ei sisällä määräostovelvoitetta.
