Description
The research and development service will address the main challenges to maintain and enhance the open source component "PURL", including a large issue backlog to improve functionality, accessibility, security and resilience; enacting project governance to manage contributions and implement long-term roadmapping; and exposing the catalog of all PURLs with libraries to validate and find correct PURLs, as a shared digital commons and a compressed data set available for offline, decentralized use.
