Description
The Norwegian Public Roads Administration would like tenders for the delivery of SMS tools. With SMS/voice mail notification, the Contracting Authority can keep the public up-to-date with correct and direct information on changes to the type of work or times of execution. This is a dynamic way of informing. The objective of the procurement is to inform the public about work that directly influences them. Contractors often change (as a rule) at times of scheduled execution.
Award criteria
- Price — Tenderers shall enclose a completed price form, cf. annex 2.1.
- Quality — The contracting authority will evaluate the tenderer ́s offered tool ́s functionality and user friendliness.
