Description
The Norwegian Public Roads Administration uses national road safety campaigns as a strategically important tool in the work for increased road safety. With this procurement, the Contracting Authority wishes to enter into an agreement with an advertising agency for the development, further development and implementation of long-term national road safety campaigns during the agreement period. The advertising agency must also offer testing of campaign ideas and materials.
Award criteria
- Price — Evaluation will be based on the average hourly rate for the offered team.
- Quality — The Contracting Authority will evaluate the relevant formal competence and experience of the personnel offered.
- Quality — The Contracting Authority will evaluate the supplier's response to the case and to the task that is given in the meeting with the supplier, cf. requirements specification point 2.7.
