Description

The contracting authority shall enter into a contract for the procurement of shelving, including assembly in the contract period. A contract shall be signed with one tenderer. Shelving and mezzanine shall be used for storing museum objects. The shelf height must be ready assembled by a tenderer in accordance with the contracting authority ́s instructions. The shelves shall be adapted to the size of the museum items in order to save time in the removal process and avoid double work moving around shelves afterwards. The contracting authority plans to place items directly on a predetermined shelf placement at the magazine. There are approx. 3,000 - 4,000 objects to be relocated. Drawings for placement will be given after the contract has been signed. The contract is geographically limited to the location for the delivery of shelving and assembly in Drøbak.

• Price — Emphasis will be put on: - Total price racks (used) - Total price racks (new) - hourly rates assembly
• Quality — Reuse of shelves and the possibility to use existing inlay shelves.
