Description

Incheierea unui contract de furnizare ,,Punct de conexiuni, complet echipat, in anvelopa de beton, cu integrare in schema electrica de MT existenta", in conformitate cu precizarile din Caietul de sarcini, cu respectarea parametrilor cuprinsi in fisele tehnice atasate. Ca urmare a solicitarii beneficiarului, prin Nota justificativa nr. 6437/02.09.2026 si in conformitate cu art .74 alin.(3) din Legea 98/2016, autoritatea contractanta stabileste pentru prezenta procedura o perioada redusa de depunere a ofertelor( 15 zile de la publicarea anuntului de participare) Numarul de zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari ,inainte de data limita de depunere este de 8 zile. Autoritatea contractanta va raspunde tuturor solicitarilor de clarificari cu maxim 4 zile inainte de termenul de depunere.
