Description
Omgevingsdienst Achterhoek (ODA) is voornemens om de overeenkomst voor de VTH-applicatie OpenWave met REM Automatisering te hernieuwen. ODA kiest voor een onderhandelingsprocedure zonder aankondiging, nu naar stellige verwachting alleen genoemde ondernemer aan de noodzakelijk te stellen eisen aan het VTH-zaak- en registratiesystemen voldoet althans geen andere ondernemers zullen (kunnen) inschrijven op een aanbesteding. Indachtig art. 2.32 eerste lid sub b sub 2 jo 4.16 e.v. Aw2012 publiceert ODA dit voornemen. Ondernemers die onverhoopt bezwaar hebben tegen de gunning op genoemde grond, moeten dit binnen een termijn van 20 dagen (vervaltermijn) na publicatie van deze aankondiging kenbaar maken middels de daarvoor bestemde rechtsmiddelen aan ODA.
