Description
In het kader van vrijwillige transparantie vooraf, zoals bedoeld in artikel 4.16 AW 2012, voor de bouw van een 150/20kV transformator-inkoopstation op Schiphol Zuidoost is Schiphol Nederland B.V. als opdrachtgever voornemens een bouwteam met daarop volgend een UAV overeenkomst te sluiten met K_Dekker als bouwkundige en Equans als installateur. Transformatoren, GIS- installatie en 20kV schakelaars zijn reeds separaat aanbesteed en worden door de desbetreffende opdrachtnemers gebruiksklaar opgeleverd. De ingebruikname van het inkoopstation staat gepland in december 2026. De voornaamste redenen voor deze publicatie zijn: Schiphol Nederland B.V. (Schiphol) heeft geen inschrijvingen ontvangen voor de EU-aanbesteding 'Mainstation Schiphol South East 150/20kV met tendernummer Mercell T47953, publicatiedatum TED: 22-11-2023. Schiphol is vervolgens een directe onderhandelingsprocedure gestart met de partijen die zich wel hadden aangemeld maar niet hadden ingeschreven. Het resultaat van deze procedure is een beoogde samenwerking op basis van een Bouwteam-overeenkomst met K_Dekker bouw & infra b.v. en Equans.
