Description
Vereniging Nederlandse Gemeenten (VNG), gevestigd Nassaulaan 12, 2514 JS Den Haag, heeft het voornemen om met leverancier Mercell een overeenkomst te sluiten voor het contracteren van het gebruiksrecht op Source-to-Contract met als doel het ondersteunen van inkoopmanagement. Zie bijlage. De waarde van de opdracht is € 31.823,00 ex BTW eenmalig en jaarlijks € 165.842,60 ex BTW.
