Description

The purpose of this procedure is to conclude a framework agreement, without reopening competition, in accordance with article 43, § 5, al. 1, 1° of the law. The framework agreement will be concluded with a maximum of 5 participants insofar as the tenders received (regular and appropriate) allow it. The purpose of the framework agreement is to provide services relating to the performance of consultancy assignments in the search for and implementation of investment projects by companies from the Dutch market in Wallonia.
