Description

Wiener Lokalbahnen GmbH (WLB) is looking for interested buyers for Wiener Lokalbahnen Cargo GmbH (WLC) in an open, transparent and unconditional bidding process. The purpose of the sales process is to identify natural or legal persons with their registered office or branch in the European Economic Area, Switzerland or the United Kingdom as buyers, who will acquire WLB's entire share in WLC as part of a share purchase. Interested parties will be given the opportunity to carry out comprehensive due diligence reviews if the relevant formal criteria are met, and are invited to express their interest in purchasing WLC. In particular, a transaction would be subject to an agreement with a buyer on the commercial transaction parameters and transaction documents, approval by the management and supervisory board of WLB and the obtainment of other regulatory approvals.
